Walter Bilderback has been a director, dramaturg, performer, playwright, teacher, and critic for nearly 30 years. His participation in ISSEI was made possible by grants from the Virginia Dare Weir Foundation and the Department of Music & Theatre, Georgia College & State University, Milledgeville, GA.
