Yuan-chin Chang received his MA from the National Chengchi University in Taiwan in English and American Literature. He has previously published articles in Nebula and Journal of National Taichung Institute of Technology. His articles on “Forcing Incompatibilities: the Tension between Political Commentary and Existential Drama in Athol Fugard’s Sizwe Bansi is Dead” and “The Examination of Gender Roles, Homophobia and Heterosexual Hegemony, and Their Connection to Kristeva’s “Abjection” on Moisés Kaufman’s The Laramie Project” are forthcoming in Languages, Literary Studies and International Studies and Journal of National Taichung University:Humanities & Arts respectively. He is working on a book, Mapping the Subject/ivity: Place, Gender and Race in David Rabe's Vietnam Plays, 1969-1976. Chang is currently teaching at Applied English Studies at the China University of Technology in Taiwan.
