Dimple Godiwala was educated at the Universities of Bombay and Oxford. She teaches drama and postcolonial theory at York St John. She is the author of Breaking the Bounds: British Feminist Dramatists Writing in the Mainstream since c. 1980, Peter Lang, 2003, and is currently writing White Wo/Men’s Mythologies: The Drama of Pam Gems, a commissioned book and editing a critical anthology of British Black and Asian Drama.
