Carla Stalling Huntington, PhD, is an assistant professor of marketing and management at Missouri Southern State University. After having a successful and full career as corporate executive, Dr. Huntington turned her attention to academia. Having been a ballet dancer for most of her life, she pursued and received her doctorate in Dance History and Theory, already having obtained an MBA in Marketing and a Bachelor’s in Economics. She has taught and choreographed both ballet and hip hop. Dr. Huntington’s research focuses on consumption and dance.
