Kevin O’Regan holds a PhD in musicology from the University of East Anglia and is a Supply Sessional Lecturer in Music at City College, Norwich. His articles have appeared in Nineteenth-century Music Review; Music and Letters; Consciousness, Literature and the Arts; 18^th Century Online Encylopedia Enlightenment and Revolution; and Musikproduktion Hoeflich (Munich) catalogue. He is currently writing a book on the philosophy of musical content, commissioned by the Royal Musical Association Research Monographs series.
