Zhu Yanyan, earned her Ph.D. from East China Normal University, is currently teaching in Beijing Jiaotong University and the author of the book Identifying and Resisting in Caryl Churchill’s  Plays and published numerous essays on English drama and novels. She is also the director of Graduate Program in Beijing Jiaotong University
